摘要
为解决海洋修井机修井作业起下钻过程中人为操作失误问题高发、人员劳动强度大、作业效率低的问题,开发了起下钻自动灌浆系统,以确保作业安全,提高作业效率。由PLC、HMI及传感器组成的起下钻自动灌浆系统,进行数据采集、系统的故障自诊断、内部程序逻辑运算、异常工况声光报警提示等功能,实现计量泵的自动起停控制、井下工况自动判断、起下钻作业全程自动监控及事故报警功能。起下钻自动灌浆系统为海洋平台修井作业起下钻过程提供安全、科学、高效的设备保障。
Aiming at the problems caused by man-made operation mistakes,high work intensity and low operating efficiency in the tripping operation with offshore workover rig,a set of automatic filling system is developed,which consists of Programmable Logic Controller, HMI and a wide range of sensors. The functions implemented in the system include real-time data collection, fault self- diagnosis,logic operation and inspection alarm. This system will offer safe,scientific and high effective guarantee to equipment operation.
