摘要
本文对当前炼油厂油库的储运现状进行了分析,并阐述了炼油厂油库储运中安全问题的应对措施。
This paper analyses current storage and transportation condition in the oil storage of refinery and reviews the countermeasures to the safety problem during the oil storage and transportation in the oil storage of refinery.
