摘要
TP347属于高碳含铌Cr-Ni奥氏体不锈钢,在焊接过程中,对焊接热裂纹的敏感性较高,易产生弧坑裂纹、液化裂纹;易出现晶间腐蚀,易析出脆性σ相,故需要合适的焊接工艺来避免这些缺陷。
TP347 belongs to the Nb Cr-Ni austenitic stainless steel containing high carbon, in the welding process, the welding hot cracking of high sensitivity, easy to produce crater crack, crack liquefaction; prone to intergranular corrosion to the precipitation of brittle phase,the appropriate welding process to avoid these defects.
