摘要
VARCO-10SA顶驱的导轨滑动架承受的反扭矩和冲击力较大,经常出现10SA顶驱导轨滑动架固定螺栓松动的故障,是影响顶驱正常运转的重大隐患。针对故障现象,计算顶驱正常钻进及上卸扣过程中的反扭矩,分析反扭矩对导轨滑动架固定螺栓的影响。计算顶驱上提及下放过程中导轨对滑动架的冲击力,计算导轨对滑动架的冲击力对滑动架固定螺栓组产生的旋转扭矩和横向作用力,分析得出滑动架固定螺栓受到的横向作用力是造成螺栓松动的主要原因,提出相应的预防措施。
Because the guideway slidingframeofVARCO-10SA top drive bears a relatively-high anti-torque and impact force,the looseness phenomenon of fixed bolt for 10SA top drive guildeway sliding frame is the severe hidden danger that affects the nonnal operation of top drive.Aiming at this phenomenon, this paper analyses and calculatesrelative anti-torque and impactforce. Finally,this analysis puts forward the failure precaution measures.
