摘要 我国山地城镇约占全国城镇的一半,在当前平原向山区发展的进程中,山地城镇可持续发展需要虚拟地理环境等新理念和集成技术的支撑。面向山地城镇规划设计的特点和需求,基于虚拟地理环境相关理论和技术方法,本文提出了规划设计、测绘地理信息、岩土工程、生态保护等多学科交叉;规划设计师、GIS分析师、政府部门、项目业主、公众等多角色参与;地理表达、地理分析、地理设计、地理模拟、地理评估多环节结合;紧密结合规划设计过程和虚拟地理环境模拟评估的山地城镇规划设计技术框架。结合重庆悦来会展城规划设计实践对框架的特点优势开展进一步探讨,为山地城镇规划设计工作提供了参考。 A half of the towns in China are mountainous towns. In the progress of urbanization from flat area to mountain area, the sustainable development of mountainous towns needs new idea and integration technology such as virtual geographic environment. Facing the features and requirements of mountainous towns planning and design, a technical framework which crosses subjects of planning, design, survey, GIS, geotechnical engineering and ecological is proposed in this paper. Urban planners, GIS engineers, government officers, stakeholders and public participates are together in the framework which couples the geographical expression, analysis, design, simulation and evaluation models. The framework was applied in urban designing of Chongqing Yuelai Expo City and provided a reference for mountainous town planning and design.
