基于空间句法的历史街区商业空间分布研究--以广州长寿路站周边街区为例

Commercial Distribution Research of Historic Area Based on Space Syntax:A Case Study of Historic Area Surrounded CHANGSHOULU Station in Guangzhou

以长寿路站周边历史街区作为研究样本,依托基于商业调查的GIS数据库,结合空间句法技术,对轨道交通引导下的历史街区商业分布展开实证研究,分析商业化空间失衡的现状,并从空间形态角度探究原因。分析拓扑距离、可见性步深与商业分布特征的关系,进一步用空间句法轴线图解析街区空间形态的优势和问题,并提出相关更新建议。

Taking Historic Area Surrounded CHANGSHOULU Station as a case study and utilizing methods of Space Syntax and ArcGIS database based on commercial spatial, this paper tries to study commercial distribution of historic area. It focuses on commercial distribution problem, and explores the morphology causes. It analyses the relationship between commercial distribution and Topology and Visibility, explores advantage and problem of spatial form through Axial Map, and proposes relevant renewal strategies.
