知识产权强国建设中的知识产权教育推进机制研究 被引量:14

A study on the Promotion Mechanism of IP Education for Constructing an IP-Strengthened China

摘要 知识产权教育是我国知识产权战略的重要内容。在国务院颁布实施知识产权强国建设政策性文件的背景下,本文从以下方面探讨我国知识产权教育的推进机制:首先,从人才需求、教育形式和时空分布等角度分析我国知识产权人才需求和教育的发展现状;然后从教育目标、课程设计和学历层次等教育角度对知识产权强国建设的政策内容进行解读;第三,从学科布局、教育资源配置、师资队伍、人才培养模块设计和培养方案改革等方面,探讨我国知识产权教育的推进机制。 Intellectual property education is an important part of the Chinese Intellectual Property Strategy.Against the backdrop that the State Council has promulgated and implemented the policy of strengthening China by IP development,this paper aims to study the Chinese IP education promotion mechanism.First,the paper analyzes the status quo of manpower demand and education of Intellectual property in China; second,the paper interprets the policy of constructing a powerful IP-strengthened country from the perspective of education.Third,the paper discusses the promotion mechanism of IP education from the perspective of the distribution of specialist subject,allocation of education resources,teaching staff,ways of personnel training,as well as the program reform of personnel training.
