摘要
针对善泥坡水电站单向门式启闭机大车运行机构原设计方案存在的铰接装置维护及保养比较繁琐、车轮易啃轨等问题,提出了新的设计方案:门机运行于整段弧形轨道时采用新的结构设计代替铰接装置,取消冗余的导向轮,车轮踏面宽取标准车轮宽与脱轨尺寸之和。有限元计算表明,门架主梁及门腿的强度和刚度满足要求。门机设备投入使用后,整机运行情况良好。
For the problems that existed in the original traveling mechanism design scheme of larger traveler of one-way gantry crane in Shannipo Hydropower Station,such as complicated maintenance and preservation procedures of articulated equipment and easy to rail gnawing of pulleys,etc.,this paper proposed a new design scheme. In the new scheme,a new structure design was adopted to instead of articulated equipment while crane was running on the whole arc orbit,the redundant guide pulleys were cancelled and the tread width of pulleys was chosen as sum of standard pulley width and derail size. The finite element analysis showed that the strength and stiffness of gantry girders and legs were both meet requirements. And the gantry crane was in good operation condition after it was put into service.
