矿用顶板压力无线数据监测系统的研究与实现

摘要 针对当前福建煤矿采用木支柱支护的现状,设计了顶板压力无线数据监控系统,硬件采用Zigbee的无线传输模块和PIC16F877A单片机。压力传感器在结构上采用分体式结构,可实时采集木支柱所承受的压力;压力采集分机不仅具有压力数据采集功能,同时具有声光报警功能,为灾害的发生提供了安全预警。通过实验室测试发现,压力采集分机、压力采集终端可以同时显示压力传感器的压力值,当压力值大于报警值时,可以实现声光报警。该系统解决了当前福建煤矿顶板压力难以监测的问题,为煤矿的安全生产提供了保障。 In view of the current situation of supporting using mine timber in Fujian province,wTireless pressure data monitoring system is designed based on the Zigbee. The hardware is based on the Zigbee wireless transmission module and PIC16F877A microcontroller.Pressure sensors feature the split type structure, which can collect real - time timber stress. Pressure acquisition machine not only has the function of pressure data acquisition, but also has the function of alarming with sound and light, which offers early warnings before a disaster happens. Through laboratory tests, the pressure acquisition machine and pressure collection terminal can display the sensor's pressure synchronously. When the pressure value is greater than the alarm value, the pressure acquisition machine and pressure collection terminal can give out alarm signals by sound and light. The system has solved the current problems of roof pressure monitoring in Fujian coal mines,which has provided the safeguard for coal mines’ safety production.
