摘要
为适应建筑行业的发展,工程技术需要不断创新,而产学研合作是建筑工程技术创新的必然选择。在产学研的环境下,根据建筑工程技术创新的特点,将风险进行合理分类,研究其形成机理,根据调查结果,运用灰色关联分析方法,对风险合理分配进行实证研究,得到技术风险由高校及科研机构承担,资金风险、市场风险由产方承担,合作风险由中介机构承担,环境风险由政府承担的风险分配建议。
As the development of the construction industry,engineering technology requires innovation,and research cooperation is the inevitable choice for engineering technology innovation. According to the characteristics of technological innovation projects,this paper classifies the risk and studies its formation mechanism,then gives a reasonable risk allocation based on the results of investigation. The technical risks are borne by universities and research institutions,financial risks and market risks are borne by industries,cooperation risks are borne by the intermediary and environmental risks are borne by the government.
