火焰原子吸收光谱法测定变叶木金属元素含量

Determination of Contents of Metallic Elements in Codiaeum variegatum (L.) A. Juss by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 采用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定变叶木枝叶8个部位中K、Ca、Na、Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Ni、Cr等10个金属元素含量。结果表明,所测10个金属元素在变叶木中均有分布,其含量(平均值)高低顺序为K>Ca>Na>Mg>Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu>Cr>Ni。在8个部位间存在含量差异。变叶木所测的K、Ca、Mg、Na、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu、Ni含量都在植物正常范围内,而Cr含量偏高。 In this paper,the contents of K,Ca,Na,Mg,Cu,Zn,F e,Mn, Ni and Cr were measured by the method of flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) in 8 parts of branches and leaves of Codiaeum variegatum (L .) A. The results showed that 10 elements existed in all the organs of the Codiaeum variegatum (L .) A. The order of the average content wTas: K〉Ca〉Na〉 Mg〉Fe〉 Mn〉Zn〉Cu〉Cr〉Ni. The content of the metallic element wTas different among 8 parts of Codiaeum variegatum (L . ) A. The average content of K,Ca,Mg,Na,Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu and Ni in the Codiaeum variegatum (L .) A. belonged to the normal content level of the elements in plants. The contents of Cr in the Codiaeum variegatum (L . ) A. were relatively higher than the general plants. These results afford reference data for the further study of Codiaeum variegatum (L .) A.
