学费视域下高等教育成本增长的系统动力学分析

System Dynamics Analysis of the Growth of Higher Educational Cost from the Perspective of Tuition Fees

成本推动下的大学学费增长几乎成为一个世界性趋势与难题。本文在综合分析国内外高等教育成本增长研究结论的基础上,运用系统动力学的理论和方法,找出影响高等教育成本增长的主要因素,挖掘因素间的复杂关系,特别是成本与学费增长之间的关系,建立生均成本增长的因果关系图,发现生均成本与学费增长的交互性、复杂性、系统性、非线性规律,从而揭示教育成本的形成特点和成本内部系统结构,发现高等教育成本增长的特点、规律与内生机理。

Increase of college educational tuition fees driven by increasing cost has almost become a worldwide problem.. Based on comprehensive research review on increasing domestic and foreign higher educational costs, the study employs the theory and method of system dynamics, to identify the main factors affecting the growth of higher educational cost and explore the complex relationships among factors, especially the one between education cost and tuition fees.Through establishing causal graph of growth of average cost per student.it found that the average cost per student and tuition growth interact with each other in a complex, systematic, and nonlinear manner. Thus, the study reveals the formation characteristics and inner structure of the educational costs,, and concludes the characteristic, law and endogenous mechanism of cost growth in higher education.
