摘要
基于螺旋推进横向直线往复运动,简化为简易模型后进行力学和机械性能分析,同时实现本机械的多功能化。以步进电机不同转速作为输入源分别测试其去皮率,对不同转速下的去皮效果进行数据分析,得到本装置在特定的转速下的去皮率达到85%以上,后推导出应变能量W与直线进给距离x的大致关系为二次函数相关,并得到本机械装置的W与x的函数方程。
