摘要 3D打印技术是当前的热门科技,食品及软性材料3D打印技术也取得了不断地进步与发展。总结了3D打印技术的原理、分类及3D打印机的构成,综述讨论了食品及软性材料3D打印技术的研究现状及应用中需要克服的技术难点,对未来食品及软性材料3D打印技术的前景作出了展望。 The 3D printing technology is the current hot technology,food and soft materials 3D printing technology is also making progress and development continuously. This paper summarized the principle and classification of 3D printing technology,as well as the composition of the 3D printer. The research status and technological difficulties in application of food and soft materials 3D printing technology were also discussed.Finally,an outlook on the development prospect of food and soft materials 3D printing technology in the future was given.
