For the purpose of making bioethics'speak Chinese',we need to base on the positive Chinese cultural traditions,confront difficulties of managing contemporary moral reality's problems and look forward into the future of 'global village'together with the civilization development in cross- cultural communication. A definition of 'Speaking Chinese'is to transform the traditional culture into contemporary Ideas and make promotions at the same time,namely the clinical ethics of 'skillfulness and faithfulness from great doctors',the normalization of medical morality illustrated as 'doctor shaped by his Intentions',the theory indicating that 'the top doctor save the country'and the culture to 'respect life'. What is more,'speaking Chinese'stands for emphasizing on the practical virtues of medical science in Chinese context and the construction of a discourse system concerning medical justice regulation. And that also means to face and solve problems and expectations of our own. In addition,'speaking Chinese'should let the discourse system of Chinese bioethics become an indispensable driving force as well as a significant component that gets involved and promotes the global cross- cultural bioethical conversation.
