新常态下加强医院党建工作的思考与探索

Reflection and Exploration on Strengthening the Hospital's Party Construction Work in the “New Normal”

三峡大学人民医院党委根据医疗卫生改革与发展的新形势,结合医院的实际,围绕医疗业务中心、突出医院科学发展主题,把党员队伍、干部队伍、人才队伍建设作为医院党的工作的重点,扎实做好基层党建工作。同时,积极探索基层党组织发挥作用的有效途径和方式,并通过加强医院文化建设,形成了具有医院特色的核心价值观,促进了医院健康可持续发展。

To firm grass- roots Party Construction,the Party members,cadres groups,talent teams construction was set as the focus of hospital Party Committee by The First People＇s Hospital of Yi Chang,China Three Gorges University. All the work was due to the new situation of the reform and development of health care,combined with reality,and the theme of scientific development and medical service was highlighted. At the same time,a sustainable health development and core values with hospital characteristics was achieved by effective approach and methods. The grass- root party organizations was enhanced during that hospital culture construction.
