摘要
能力本位教育就是以能力标准作为人才培养的出发点和归宿,从教师、教学资源、学生三个层面探讨高职学前教育人才培养途径,即教师的主导地位是前提,优化教学资源是载体,学生的主体作用是关键,全面实现高职学前教育人才培养目标。
Capability-oriented education means that capability standard is the starting point and goal of tal-ents cultivation. This paper discusses the approach to preschool education talents cultivation from the following three sides: teachers, teaching resources and students. The author brings forward that the prerequisite is the teachers' eading roles, the implementation needs the optimized teaching resources, and the key lays on the students' subjec-ive roles, to realize the aims of preschool education talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
