摘要
师生群体在高等教育质量保证机制中占据举足轻重的地位,尤其是以专业教师和辅导员为代表的教师和大学生群体。在高等教育质量保证机制的运行中,要充分发挥师生群体的主体作用。可以采用转变教育思想观念、提高授课环节质量、建立专家权力系统的措施来发挥专业教师群体的主体作用;采用树立学生工作立体质量观、将学生工作信息化规范化、制定辅导员工作质量标准的措施来发挥辅导员群体的主体作用;采用给予大学生专业选择权、教师选择权和人才培养方案制定参与权的措施来发挥大学生群体的主体作用。
The teachers and students, especially those professional teachers, counselors and university students, play a significant role in quality assurance mechanism of higher education. The dominant role of teachers and students must be fully played in the run of quality assurance mechanism of higher education. For teachers, it can be realization by transferring education concept, improving class-giving quality and building expert power sys-tem. For counselors, it can be done by building multi-dimensional quality of student affairs, informationization and specification student affairs and setting standards of counselors' work. For students, it can be done by offering students right to choose majors, teachers right to choose and to participate in making personnel-training plans.
