摘要
目前,国有企业员工职业素养培训呈现出系列特点,其培训体系建设较为完善,培训内容较为广泛,培训形式多种多样,对内训师的管理严格规范。但仍存在一定的问题,如培训内容有待于完善,应把挖掘员工潜力作为培训的重点,加强对员工的思想政治素质培养;培训目的大都侧重于企业的发展,忽视员工个人发展的需求,应由"注意企业发展"向"注重企业发展和个人发展相结合"转变;培训效果还有待于进一步提高。
Currently, the professionalism training of state-owned enterprises' employees presents a series of characteristics.The training system is well set up and the training cover a broader content; It has lots of style and the management of internal trainers is strictly specified. But there is still something we can improve. Such as training content should focus on the identification and inspiration of employees' potential and we need to strengthen the training on staffs ideological and political quality; Meanwhile, we should change from "enterprise development fo-cus" to "the integration of business development and personal development" as the current training mostly focuses on the development of enterprises but not the needs of personal development; And the effectiveness of training also needs to be improved.
