钢丝网骨架增强塑料复合管真空失稳浅析

摘要 笔者对某电厂安装在露天综合管架上的钢丝网骨架增强塑料复合管在实际运行中出现真空失稳导致管道失效现象进行初步分析,得出结论:从钢丝网骨架塑料复合管的材料性能、耐久性和安全性,以及在实际工程应用出现的问题等多方面考虑,安装在露天管架上、当负压超过0.07 MPa时,建议管道采用钢管,不宜采用钢丝网骨架塑料复合管。文中所述的钢丝网骨架塑料复合管后来更换成衬塑钢管,运行未再出现类似问题。 Instability o f composite plastic pipe reinforced by winding steel wires(PSP) on outdoor integrated pipe rack under vacuum condition is preliminarily analyzed in this paper. Considering performance, durability and safety of PSP, as well as its actual application problems, it is suggested to adopt steel pipe installed on the outdoor pipe rack when negative pressure is more than 0.07 MPa, while PSP is not suitable. After the mentioned PSP is replaced by lining plastic steel pipe, there are no similar problems in operation.
