摘要
因±500 k V兴安直流线在建设时大大提升了绝缘配置,耐张塔绝缘子片数相比较±500 k V天广直流线增加了近70%,单片绝缘子的承载力也由30 t提升到了40 t,其耐张绝缘子串超长大吨位的特点给运维更换增加了很大的难度。针对这一特殊情况,分析了带电更换±500 k V兴安直流线耐张塔整串(超长大吨位)绝缘子的方法,包括对进入等电位作业的方法、更换整串绝缘子作业方法的安全性分析及承力工具受力计算分析等,并研制出了整套工器具和省力作业方法。研究的作业方法及关键工器具安全可靠、操作便捷,成功实现了带电更换±500 k V兴安直流线耐张塔整串(超长大吨位)绝缘子,大大提高了供电的可靠性。
Insulation configuration has been greatly improved in the construction of ±500kV Xing'an DC Transmission Line, the number of insulators of strain towers has been increased by nearly 70% and bearing capacity of single insulator also from 30 t to 40 t when compared with ±500kV Tianguang DC transmission line. So it is difficult to operate, maintain and replace in view of the strain insulator strings with super-long and large tonnage.This paper analyzes the method of live replacement of strain insulator strings with super-long and large tonnage on the strain towers of ±500kV Xing'an DC Transmission Line, including safety analysis and bearing force calculation on equal potential working method and live replacement of strain insulator strings, as well as tools instruments, and labor-saving operation method with safety, reliability, and convenient operation. Live replacement of strain insulator strings with super-long and large tonnage is realized successfully, which greatly improves reliability of power supply.
