乐滩电厂水轮发电机顶轴滑转子松动问题分析及处理

Analysis and Treatment of Loose Guide Bearing Collar on Top Shaft of Hydraulic Generator of Letan Hydropower Plant

通过对乐滩电厂4号机上导滑转子与踏板底部筋板发生刮擦现象展开现场排查及分析,发现滑转子松动上窜,造成筋板与上导轴承滑转子顶部端面发生刮擦。通过进一步分析造成滑转子松动原因,更换顶轴本体与上导滑转子之间的绝缘,重新计算并加大滑转子热套预紧量,成功解决滑转子松动问题,利用机组检修机会,对其他机组进行了处理,提高了乐滩电厂机组运行可靠性。

There is a scraping problem between upper guide bearing collar of 4# unit and reinforcing plate at the bottom of footboard. Through further analysis on reason for loose guide bearing collar, insulation between top shaft and upper guide bearing collar is replaced, and pre-tensing amount of hot jacket of guide bearing collar is increased and calculated again to solve loose problem. Other units are handled by taking advantage of unit maintenance, so as to improve operation reliability of units in Letan Hydropower Plant.
