Post-Occupancy Evaluation of Songshan Lake Campus of Dongguan University of Technology

东莞理工学院松山湖校区校园规划采用了开放、自由的现代高校建设模式。校园规划具有依山就势的特征、自由舒展的建筑形态、保留自然的绿化景观以及自由灵活的道路系统。通过实地观察以及问卷分析,发现该校区存在内部交通的便利性有待加强、建筑色彩略显单调、校园缺少景观小品设施、安全管理仍需加强等问题,并由此提出几点建议,以期对校园未来的建设有一定的参考作用。

The campus planning of Dongguan University of Technology in Songshan Lake adopts an open and free construction mode. The campus has some characteristics such as its layout according to the mountain,free stretch of architecture,retains landscapes of the nature and flexibility of the road system. The paper finds some problems in the campus planning through field observation and questionnaire analysis. The problems include that the internal transport of the campus is inconvenient; the color of architecture is slightly dull; the landscape facilities lack in the campus and the security management still needs to be strengthened. It puts forward three suggestions for the future construction of the campus.
