摘要
阐述了无线网络规划与优化的重要意义,指出了当前无线网络规划与优化课程存在的问题,结合我国高等教育的工程教育背景,提出了在校外实践教学基地平台下,采用工学交替的创新教学模式。以基础理论学习—典型案例分析—具体项目实践为教学路线,学生在学校学习基础理论和典型案例,在企业进行实际的项目实践,最终培养出企业亟需的网络规划与优化技术人才,提升高校的工程教育质量。
The paper expounds the important significance of wireless network planning and network optimization,and points out the existing problems in the curriculum. Combining the engineering education background of higher education in our country,the paper puts forward the innovative alternation of working and learning on the base platform of practice teaching outside school. Based on teaching route of the basic theoretical study—the typical case analysis—the specific project practice,students learn basic theory and typical cases in school and practical project practice in enterprises,the much-needed technical talents wanted for enterprises are trained finally,and the quality of engineering education of higher education is also improved.
