Detection and clinical significance of serum IL-27 in patients with spinal tuberculosis in western Guangxi

目的 检测脊柱结核患者血清白细胞介素-27（IL-27）的表达水平,以探讨其临床意义.方法 选择2016 年1-5月收治的30例脊柱结核患者作为观察组,同期选择在体检中心进行健康体检的32名健康者作为对照组,应用酶联免疫吸附法检测两组血清IL-27的表达含量,同时采用常规方法检测C 反应蛋白（ CRP）和红细胞沉降率 （ESR）,比较两组间IL-27、C RP及ESR表达含量的差异,分析观察组IL-27水平与CRP、 ESR水平之间的线性关系.结果 两组受试者血清IL-27、CRP及ESR表达含量差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,观察组IL-27、 CRP及 ESR水平均显著高于对照组;观察组患者血清IL-27与 CRP、 ESR水平均无线性相关（P〉0.05）.结论 脊柱结核患者血清IL-27 的表达水平升高,提示其可能参与脊柱结核的发生与发展.

Objective To detect the expression level of serum Interleukin-27 （IL-27） in patients with spinal tuberculo- sis,so as to explore its clinical significance. Methods 30 cases of spinal tuberculosis admitted to hospital from January to May,2016 were selected as observation group, and 32 healthy subjects who received physical examination in physical exami-nation center during the same period were chosen as control group.The serum levels of IL-27 in the control group and the ob-servation group wee measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.And the C reactive protein （CRP） and erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR） were detected by routine method.The differences of IL-27, CRP and ESR levels between the two groups were compared,and the linear correlation between IL-27 and CRP, ESR levels in the observation group was analyzed. Results Difference of the IL-27,CRP and ESR expression contents of the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.01）, and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. There was no significant linear cor-relation of the serum IL-27 with CRP and ESR levels in the observation group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The level of serum IL-27 in patients with spinal tuberculosis increase, suggesting that it may involve in the occurrence and development of spinal tuberculosis.
