摘要 目的 探讨3D 打印技术辅助治疗髋臼骨折的疗效.方法 选取2014年 1B至2016年6 B诊治的髋臼骨折患者70例,按随机数字表分为A组(3D 打印辅助手术组)35例和B组(传统手术组)35例,比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、复位效果、髋关节功能等.结果 所有患者获得随访,随访时间6-2 4个B,平均12.6 个B.A组手术时间(115.0±25.3)min、术中出血量(350.0±126.5)ml、术后引流量(120.0±15.1)ml均少于B组,A组用改良Matta影像学评分标准评价复位效果,优良率为94.3%,按照改良Merle D’ Aubigné and Postel评分标准评估髋关节功能优良率为88. 6%,均优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 3D 打印技术应用于髋臼骨折手术可提升髋臼骨折整体手术效果. Objective To evaluate the effect of 3D printing technology in the adjuvant therapy of acetabular fracture. Methods 70 cases of acetabular fractures receiving treatment from January,2014 to June,2016 were selected, and they were divided into group A (3D printing assisted surgical group) and group B(traditional surgery group) according to random num-ber table with 35 cases in each group.And then, operative time, bleeding volume, postoperative drainage volume, reset effect and the function of hip joint, etc.were compared betw-een the two groups. Results All patients were given follow--up visit for 6 - 24 months with an average of 12.6 months.In the group A , operation time was(115.0±25.3)min, intraoperative bleeding vol-ume was(350.0±126.5)ml,account of postoperative drainage was(120.0±15.1)ml, all significantly less than those in the group B.In the group A,Matta radiographic scoring criteria was used to evaluate reduction effects, and fineness rate was 94. 3%,and modified Merle Merle D' Aubigne and Postel scoring criteria show-ed that fineness rate of hip joint function was 88. 6%,all significantly better than those of the group B , so difference was statistically significant( P 〈0.05).Conclusion 3D printing technology for acetabular fracture surgery can improve the overall surgical results of acetabular fractures.
