摘要
行动导向教学法是德国"双元制"下推行的主要教育教学方法。"行动导向"的核心理念是强调实践和动手操作,是促进学生综合能力培养的有效模式。在有机化学实验教学中开展基于"行动导向"的教学探索,旨在改善当代大学生普遍动手能力不强,理论与实践脱轨的不良现状,通过采用激发学生学习兴趣、整合教学内容、灵活运用教学方法、理论联系实际开设实验、加强实践教学、完善考核评价体系等方面的改革措施,培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,使学生的综合能力和总体素质得到整体提升,促进应用型人才的良性发展。
Action- oriented teaching method is the main educating and teaching method implemented in German"Dual System". The core value of Handlungsorientierung is to emphasize practice and hands- on operation. Handlungsorientierung is an effective mode to promote cultivating students' comprehensive ability. The implementation of teaching exploration based on Handlungsorientierung in organic chemistry experimental teaching is aimed at improving the present situation that the practical ability of contemporary college students is not strong,the theory of college students is generally independent of practice. Carrying out teaching reform measure of inspiring students' learning interest,integrating the teaching contents,flexibly using teaching methods,developing experiments by combining theory and practice,strengthening teaching practice and improving the evaluation system,is to cultivate the students' ability of analyzing and solving problems. As a result,the students' comprehensive ability and overall quality is enhanced,and the development of the applied talents is promoted.
