摘要
为获得焊接接头中的残余应力,该文利用有限元软件ABAQUS模拟了玻璃-金属焊接过程,进一步分析了接头长度、角度及焊接夹具压力对玻璃与金属焊接性能的影响。通过模拟焊接后的残余应力,分析焊接接头微观组织及宏观力学的性能,对玻璃—金属焊接工艺参数进行了优化。
In order to obtain the residual stresses existed in the welded joints,the glass-to-metal vacuum sealing process was simulated by using finite element software ABAQUS.Furthermore,the influences of length,angle,and seal pressure on the strength of the glass-to-metal welding were analyzed.The optimization of the welding process parameter based on the simulation of the residual stress and analysis of the micro-structure and the macro-mechanical performance of the welded seals was carried out.
