在分析湖北省及国内典型地区的公共资源交易综合监督管理模式的基础上,借鉴安全生产领域综合监督管理体系的经验,从公共资源交易综合监管的权利边界、职责范围以及公共资源交易市场主体各方法律责任等方面研究适合湖北省公共资源交易综合监督的管理办法,以期形成公开、公平、公正的公共资源交易市场环境。

On the basis of research of Hubei province and the typical area of public resources transaction consolidated supervision and management,we learned from the experience of the field of safety production consolidated supervision and management system and studied the public resources transaction comprehensive supervision and management measures for Hubei province from the comprehensive management of public resources trading rights boundary,scope of duties and public resources trading market each legal entity responsibility,in order to form an open,fair and impartial public resources transaction market environment.
