摘要
农林业种子在浸种、催芽生产过程中,存在着控制过程复杂,自动化程度低等问题,实现种子的浸种、催芽生产过程的智能化对农林业的发展具有重要意义。开发了一种我国寒地水稻浸种催芽系统,该系统主要由传感器、数据采控模块、电气控制柜、触摸屏、以太网交换机和上位机组成,通过对浸种催芽系统的温度、水位、时间等环境因子进行检测控制,使各因子之间相互作用协调工作,从而实现生产过程的自动化。该系统的应用可使水稻出芽均匀,出芽率高,提升水稻芽种的品质和水稻的产量。
Agricultural and forest seeds involve such issues as a complex control process and a low automation degreein the soaking and germination production process, and realizing the intelligent seed soaking and germination productionis of great importance to the development of agriculture and forestry. A cold region rice seed soaking and germinationsystem is developed,and this system mainly consists of sensors,data collection and control modules,electricalcontrol cabinets, touch screens, Ethernet switchboard and host computer. The inspection and control of such environmentalfactors as temperature,water level and time involved in the soaking and germination system can help the coordinatedwork between the factors, thereby realizing the automation of the production process. The system can realize evenrice seed germination,a high germination rate,higher quality of rice seed germination and rice yield.
