摘要 Ⅵ型分泌系统(Type Ⅵ secretion system,T6SS)是新近发现的一种细菌分泌系统,广泛存在于革兰阴性菌中,与细菌的致病性密切相关。目前,多种致病菌T6SS的致病机制都获得了广泛的研究。总结近年来T6SS的相关文献,对霍乱弧菌、铜绿假单胞菌、沙门菌等致病菌的T6SS及其致病机制作一综述。 The recently described Type VI Secretion System (T6SS) is extensively identified in gram-negative bacteria spe-cies, which is closely related to the bacterial pathogenecity. Currently, the pathogenic mechanisms of T6SS of various bac-teria have been thoroughly studied. This review summarized literatures newly published on the T6SS in Vibrio cholerae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Salmonella, and a brief overview was made about the general characteristics of pathogenic bac-teria T6SS and its pathogenic mechanisms.
