冷冻法废轮胎胶粉改性及其在SBR中的应用

摘要 采用四乙烯五胺(TEPA)、六次甲基四胺(HMTA)作为改性剂,分别在150℃、160℃条件下对80目、120目冷冻法胶粉进行改性,并考察了改性胶粉对SBR硫化特性、加工性能及物理性能的影响。结果表明,以HMTA作为改性剂,在150℃条件下改性的胶粉明显改善了SBR硫化胶的物理性能。 Variety modification agent including tetraethylenepentamine and methenamine were applied to modify 80 mesh and 120 mesh cryogenic crumb tire powder,the relationship between the varieties of modification agent,modification temperature(150℃,160℃)and the vulcanization characteristics,processing properties and mechanical properties of SBR were inverstigated.The results showed that,the mechanical properties of SBR filled with the methenamine modified 80 mesh and 120 mesh cryogenic crumb tire powder at the 150℃ were significant improvements.
