摘要
采用EPDM基础配方,在密炼机混炼过程中使用超声波辅助装置加载超声波,通过调节超声波的功率和加载时长,研究了超声波对胶料性能的影响。结果表明,超声波的功率和加载时长分别为500W、150s时,混炼胶的物理机械性能最佳。
The EPDM rubber formulation was adopted,using ultrasonic assisted loading device of ultrasonic in the mixing process of mixer by adjusting the power and loading time of ultrasonic.The effect of ultrasonic wave on the properties of the compound was studied.The results showed that when the ultrasonic power and loading time was 500 W,150srespectively,physical and mechanical properties of the compound was the best.
