北方地区高层建筑在“烟囱效应”作用下的不同竖井区域压差分布特性及节能策略 被引量:4

摘要 传统中分析高层建筑的"烟囱效应"主要是在火灾情况下分析烟气流动,很少会涉及到烟囱效应对于建筑系统的能耗影响。通过分析在竖井区域产生的"烟囱效应"原理及其带来的危害,对两栋高层建筑——北京某高校综合楼(以下简称综合楼)及学生公寓进行了实测,后运用CONTAMW软件对建筑原型内部各区域压差模拟,将模拟结果与测试结果进行对比,验证该软件可进行后续分析,提出几种可行的节能策略,并对这几种节能策略进行软件模拟,对其可以产生的节能效果进行分析计算.为方案的具体实施提供了技术依据和保障。 Traditionally, under most circumstances, analyzing stack effect is primary for analyzing smoke flow in fire, while few studies about stack effect refer to the impact on the energy consumption of the building. This study has analyzed the principle of stack effect engendered in vertical shaft and its potential risk, measuring two buildings--Administration Building and Student Apartment. Then using CONTAMW to simulate the pressure distribution of every zone of the building compared with the result of the measuring to prove the feasibility for the following analyze. Four practical strategies of energy saving are raised and simulated by the software, which will be calculated for the potential effect of energy saving. All of these work can provide technical support and reliability for the construction design.
