摘要
利用Abaqus有限元软件建立三维实体非线性有限元模型,该模型模拟了工程机械中螺栓与连接件之间的接触,同时考虑了虚拟预紧单元模拟螺栓。应用接触有限元分析方法,详细计算出工程机械中螺栓在不同预紧力矩和加载方式的作用下,其受力分布规律与安全系数。通过有限元计算结果,提出适用于工程机械的加载螺栓预紧力矩方法,并优化了转台的相关结构,进一步改善联接螺栓受力及分布情况,得出最优化的许用预紧力矩,提高了螺栓的安全使用系数。应用预紧力矩一安全系数,不仅对连接件结构设计有理论意义,而且对实际生产有指导意义。
Use Abaqus finite element software to establish an entity nonlinear finite element model, which simulates the contact between the bolt and mechanical engineering connections, taking into account the virtual bolt tightening element simulation.Application of contact finite element analysis method, calculate in detail the role of different tightening torque and loading, the stress distribution and safety factor of construction machinery bolts.By finite element results, proposed for construction machinery loading bolt tightening torque method, and optimize the correlation structure of the turntable, to further improve the coupling bolt force and distribution, obtained optimal permissible tightening torque , improved safety factor bolt.Application of tightening torque-the safety factor, notonly theoretical significance connector design and actual production of guiding significance.
