河南省2012-2015年蚊密度监测及季节消长分析

Population structure and seasonal fluctuations of mosquitoes in Henan Province from 2012 to 2015

目的了解和掌握河南省蚊虫密度及季节消长规律,为制定蚊虫防治措施提供科学依据。方法诱蚊灯法。结果河南省2012-2015年共捕捉蚊虫5 738只,平均蚊密度为2.21只/h,淡色库蚊为优势蚊种,占总数的95.16%。2012-2015年河南省蚊密度呈逐年下降趋势。对2012-2015年逐月蚊密度进行分析,蚊虫在7月左右出现高峰。结论基本掌握了河南省的种群密度和季节消长规律,为今后开展有效的蚊虫防治提供了参考。建议加强蚊虫高峰季节前的控制,加强对蚊虫及其传播疾病的长期监测、预警、控制对策和措施的研究。

Objective To master the seasonal fluctuation and density of mosquitoes in Henan Province and provide the basis for developing mosquito control programs. Methods Mosquito lure lamp method was used. Results A total of 5 738 mosquitoes were captured from 2012 to 2015 with the average mosquito density of 2. 21 insects per hour. The dominant species was Culex pipiens pallens accounting for 95. 16%. The mosquito density decreased year by year from2012 to 2015 in Henan Province. The mosquito peak appeared in July. Conclusion Basic knowledge of mosquito population density and seasonal fluctuation is better understood in Henan Province,which provides the basis for future implementation of effective mosquito control and prevention. It is recommended to strengthen mosquito control during the high density seasons,and to improve the research on the long-term monitoring,early warning and control strategies and measures for mosquitoes and mosquito-borne diseases.
