新疆巴克图口岸2014年蝇类监测分析

Flies surveillance at Baketu Port of Xinjiang in 2014

目的掌握巴克图口岸蝇类种属构成及季节消长情况。方法选取巴克图口岸4个固定监测点,采取诱蝇笼捕获法进行监测。结果通过1年的监测,共捕获成蝇5 502只,经分类鉴定隶属于3科7属7种,丝光绿蝇为优势种,占总数的76.01%,平均蝇密度为85.97只/(笼·d)。结论加强专业人员培养,重视本底调查工作及环境治理工作,对蝇传疾病防控意义重大。

Objective To master the density,species composition and seasonal fluctuations of flies in Baketu Port of Xinjiang. Methods Four sites were selected for monitoring flies at port with fly trap cage method. Results Through the whole year’s monitoring,5 502 flies were captured and identified belonging to 7 species,7 genus and 3 families.Lucilia sericata was the dominant species,occupying 76. 01% of the total urban flies trapped. The density of flies was85. 97 pieces per cage for one day. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the training of professional personnel,as well as to attach importance to the background investigation and environmental management work which have a significant meaning for the fly-spreading disease prevention and control.
