经肛门镜治疗急性出血性直肠溃疡综合征的临床分析

Treatment of Acute Hemorrhagic Rectal Ulcer Syndrome via Anoscope.Clinical Analysis

为探讨经肛门镜治疗急性出血性直肠溃疡综合征的效果，回顾分析2008年1月至2015年12月我科诊治的10例急性出血性直肠溃疡综合征患者资料，患者均采取经肛门镜镜下缝扎止血治疗。结果显示，本组10例患者中，8例一次性止血成功，2例复发后再次止血成功。结果表明，急性出血性直肠溃疡综合征采用肛门镜镜下缝扎止血治疗，止血彻底、及时，操作简单，经济，效果良好。

This study was to explore the efficacy of treating acute hemorrhagic rectal ulcer syndrome via anoscope;retrospectively analyzed the data of 10 eases with this disease admitted in authors＇ department from Jan.2008 to Dec.2015.Patients all adopted the treatment of suture to stop bleeding under anoscope.As results, 8 cases were stopped bleeding once successfully, rest 2 cases stopped bleeding at the second time after recurrence.Results show that treating acute hemorrhagic rectal ulcer syndrome by suture to stop bleeding under anoscope has such merits as complete ＆ timely stopping bleeding,simple manipulation,low cost and good effect.
