复方黄柏液熏蒸坐浴治疗混合痔术后疼痛水肿的临床研究

Compound Huangbai Solution Fumigating ＆ Washing Sitz Bath for Treating Postoperative Pain and Edema after Mixed Hemorrhoids Operation ： Clinical Research

为探讨复方黄柏液熏蒸坐浴治疗混合痔术后疼痛水肿的效果，将120例混合痔术后疼痛水肿者随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例，于术后第2天开始，观察组应用复方黄柏液熏蒸坐浴肛门局部，对照组应用1；5000高锰酸钾溶液熏蒸坐浴肛门局部，对比2组患者治疗前及治疗后第2、5、7天肛门疼痛和肛缘水肿情况，以及总体疗效。结果显示，观察组愈显率（93．33％，56／60）明显高于对照组（76．67％，46／60），P〈0．05；治疗后第2、5、7天观察组肛门疼痛及肛缘水肿评分均明显低于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，混合痔术后应用复方黄柏液熏蒸坐浴，可明显减轻肛门疼痛及创缘水肿，减轻患者痛苦，值得临床推广应用。

This study was to explore the efficacy of compound Huangbai solution fumigating ga washing sitz bath for treating postoperative pain and edema after mixed hemorrhoids operation; randomly divided 120 cases of pain and edema after mixed hemorrhoids operation into observation group and control one,60 cases for each.On the 2nd day after operation,the former began to use compound Huangbai solution to fumigating ＆ washing and sitz bath local anus;the latter applied 1 ： 5000 PP to do so; compared the two groups＇ status of anal pain and perianal edema on the 2nd,Sth,7th day and total curative efficacy before and after treatment.As results,cure rate and effective rate of the former （93.33%,56/60） were obviously higher than that of the latter （76.67%,46/60） （ P 〈0.05）;on the score of anal pain and perianal edema on the 2nd,5th,Tth day after treatment, the former was significantly lower than the latter （ P 〈0.05）.Results show that using compound Huangbai solution for sitz bath after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids can significantly reduce anal pain and perianal edema,relieve the patients pain,which is worthy to be popularized and used clinically.
