影响溃疡性结肠炎药物治疗遵医行为的相关因素分析

Analysis on the Relevant Factors Influencing Medicine Compliance Behavior of Ulcerative Colitis Patients

为探讨影响溃疡性结肠炎药物治疗遵医行为的相关因素，本研究回顾我科2014年2月至2015年6月收治的90例溃疡性结肠炎患者资料，采用单因素分析及多因素Logistic回归分析法分析遵医行为与患者基本信息及疾病相关信息的相关性。结果显示，本组90例患者中，遵医行为佳者38例（42．22％），遵医行为差者52例（57．78％）。单因素分析显示，遵医行为与患者性别、年龄、受教育程度、医疗费用支付方式、疾病相关知识掌握程度、病程、病情、疾病类型、药物服用种类、不良反应有关，P〈0．05。多因素Logistic分析显示，高龄（≥60岁）、疾病相关知识掌握差、存在药物不良反应、自费是影响溃疡性结肠炎患者遵医行为的独立危险因素。结果表明，影响溃疡性结肠炎药物治疗遵医行为的因素较多，临床应对存在独立危险因素的患者进行重点护理干预，以提高患者药物治疗遵医行为，从而提高临床治疗效果。

This study was to explore the relevant factors influencing medicine compliance behavior of ulcerative colitis （UC） patients~ retrospectively analyzed 90 cases＇ data who admitted in author＇s department from Feb.2014 to June 2015 and the relationship between compliance behavior and the basic information of patients ＆ the relevant information of disease by the method of single-variate analysis and multi-variate Logistic regression analysis .As results,in 90 cases,38 cases had good compliance behavior（42.22%）;bad compliance behavior was in 52 cases （57.78%）. Single-variate analysis was related with gender,age,educated degree,pay method of medical co showed that compliance behavior st, mastery degree of relevant dis-ease knowledge, disease course, pathogenic condition, disease type, medication type, and adverse reaction （ P 〈0.05）. Multi-variate Logistic regression analysis showed that the independent risk factors that influ-ence UC were advanced age （≥60 years old）, poor mastery about disease knowledge, adverse reaction to medicine,self-paying medical cost. In conclusion, there are a lot of factors that influence medicine compli-ance behavior of UC;the patients that possessing independent risk factors should be emphasized to nurse and intervene in order to improve their medicine compliance behavior,therefore to enhance efficacy of clinical treatment.
