世界银行在《东亚经济发展报告》中,提出了"中等收入陷阱"的新理念,并以人均国民收入一定数额为标准,对世界各经济体划分为四个等级。根据对世界各经济体的分析,论述了"中等收入陷阱"的成因;中国已进入中等收入阶段;揭示了跨越"中等收入陷阱"中面临的问题;依据国际经验教训和我国面临的实际问题,提出了跨越"中等收入陷阱"的对策建议。
