"龙江丝路带"战略作为国家"一带一路"的组成部分,哈尔滨作为省会和核心城市,具有举足轻重的地位,针对"龙江丝路带"背景下哈尔滨旅游产业的发展进行了SWOT分析,分析哈尔滨自身存在优势、劣势及"龙江丝路带"建设为哈尔滨旅游产业的发展带来的机遇和挑战。从气候优势、源优势等方面分析了哈尔滨的优势条件;从经济发展水平较低及政策法规的不完善等方面分析了哈尔滨的劣势;从交通条件的完善、签证手续的简化以及城市旅游联盟的成立几个维度分析了哈尔滨旅游产业在"龙江丝路带"背景下新的发展机遇;从区域竞争的挑战、资源开发的挑战及基础设施建设的几个维度分析了哈尔滨旅游产业在"龙江丝路带"背景下新的发展挑战,并在此基础上提出了哈尔滨旅游产业发展战略,为哈尔滨旅游产业的发展提供了一定的借鉴。
