科技型小微企业的突出特征是创业和创新。黑龙江省科技型小微企业存在规模小、实力弱,缺乏技术创新人才和资金支持,技术创新能力严重不足等问题。科技型小微企业在初创期应采用以模仿创新为主、政企合作模式为辅的技术创新模式;在成长期应采取需要调动有利资源找到准确合适的技术源,建立自己的核心竞争力;在成熟期应开发出新技术、新产品来引导市场。

The economic development of our country enters the new normal, its important characteristics is economic growth changed from rapid growth to steering growth. Prominent feature of science and technology small micro enterprise is entrepreneurship and innovation. However, these enterprises in our province are shortage of technological innovation ability due to small scale and weak. According to science and technology small micro enterprises choose different technology innovation model in different developing stage, the key problems should be solved for our province are： crack plight of growth, promote the rapid development of them at different stages.
