朱隈水库除险加固工程水利建设监理投资控制研究

Research on water conservancy construction supervision investment control in Zhuwei Reservoir Reinforcement project

我国大型水库因其功能的重要性在农田水利中占有不可替代的位置,对出现险情的大型水库进行建设监理投资控制是保证农田水利建设顺利竣工、节省工程造价的关键。本文通过理论研究、现场勘查等方法,研究了庄河市朱隈水库除险加固原因,提出了水利建设监理投资控制措施,对类似大型水库除险加固工程水利建设监理投资控制具有借鉴作用。

Small reservoir in China occupies an irreplaceable position in irrigation and water consenancy because of its function importance. Construction supervision investment control on small reservoirs with dangerous case is the key to ensure smooth completion and engineering cost saving during irrigation and water conservancy construction. In the paper, reinforcement reasons in Zhuwei Reservoir of Zhuanghe are studied through theoretical research and local Control measures of water conservancy construction supervision and investment are proposed. It has reference role to water resources construction and supervision investment control in similar small reservoir conservancy project.
