摘要
COMET职业能力测评模型是一个三维的跨职业领域的测评模型,其理论基础为新职业主义、情境学习理论、职业成长规律理论和行动导向学习理论等教育界的新理论。结构上,该模型包括"能力级别""能力的内容结构"和"职业行动"3个维度,直观性等8项能力指标。与传统的职业能力测评形式相比,该模型具有理论基础先进、跨界及跨区域比较、评价内容全面和测评方式开放等特点。该模型应用于护理领域尚处于起步阶段,应进一步推广COMET职业能力测评模型在护理领域的实证测评研究。
COMET model is a multidimensional, across-profession competence assessment model, which is theoretically based on New Vocationalism, Situational Learning Theory, Law of Vocational Development and Action Oriented Theory. There are three dimensions covered by COMET model, including requirement (competence level), content and action. Characterized in advanced theory basis, comparability among professions or regions, comprehensiveness in competence assessment and openness in method, COMET model distinguishes itself from traditional competence assessments. Since the application of COMET model in nursing has just begun, it is necessary to broaden the empirical research in the future.
