中药瑶药联合西医治疗蛇伤所致肿胀及溃疡的临床研究

Clinical study of traditional Chinese medicine and Yao medicine in combination with regular western medicine on swelling and ulcer caused by snakebite

目的观察和分析中药瑶药联合常规西医治疗蛇伤所致肿胀及溃疡的临床疗效。方法选择2013年5月至2015年7月在本课题组进行治疗的蛇伤所致肿胀及溃疡患者200例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组100例。对照组实行常规西医治疗,治疗组常规西医治疗+中药瑶药治疗。观察并比较两组的治疗效果。结果对照组治愈34例,显效29例,有效16例,无效21例,总有效率79.0%;治疗组治愈46例,显效36例,有效17例,无效1例,总有效率99.0%,治疗组的临床疗效明显高于对照组,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在蛇伤所致肿胀及溃疡的常规西医治疗中加用中药瑶药治疗,能明显提高临床治疗效果。

OBJECTIVE To observe and analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine and Yao medicine in combination with regular western medicine in the treatment of swelling and ulcer caused by snakebite. METHODS Between May 2013 and July 2015,two hundreds cases of patients with swelling and ulcer caused by snakebite were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had 100 cases,to observe and compare the efficacy.The control group was treated with regular western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and Yao medicine besides regular western medicine.RESULTS In the control group,34 cases of patients were cured,29 cases showed excellent effect,16 cases showed moderate effect,and 21 cases showed no effect,the total effective rate is 79. 0%; In the treatment group,46 cases of patients were cured,29 cases showed excellent effect,17 cases showed moderate effect,and 1 case showed no effect,the total effective rate is 99.0%. The effective rate of the treatment group is obviously higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）.CONCLUSION The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Yao medicine with regular western medicine in the treatment of swelling and ulcer caused by snakebite is very effective,it has good applying foreground and a broad generalized value of application.
