PDCA干预运用于我院药物不良反应监测的效果评价

Application of PDCA Cycle in Monitoring Adverse Drug Reaction

目的评价PDCA循环干预医院药物不良反应监测的影响,促进临床合理用药。方法选取2011全年上报的药物不良反应例数为实施PDCA循环前组,分析情况并制定药物不良反应上报标准,提出改进措施,以2012年1月-2014年12月上报的例数为实施对照组,制定效果评价。结果实施PDCA循环后,本院药物不良反应监测报告数量及质量有显著提高。结论 PDCA质量控制管理模式干预临床药物不良反应监测能收到良好效果,可提高医务人员主动上报的自觉性。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of plan-do-check-act（ PDCA） cycle management in monitoring adverse drug reaction,and motivate in building a hospital safety culture. METHODS Reports of adverse drug reactions of 2011 were selected as pre-PDCA group,while the reports from 2012 to 2015 were selected as control group. Quality improvement was established according to plan. RESULTS After implementing PDCA,the quantity and quality of ADR reported have been improved in the hospital.CONCLUSION The PDCA cycle management can effectively improve hospital adverse drug reaction monitoring work,raise their consciousness of medical staff took the initiative to report。
