格鲁吉亚与丝绸之路经济带倡议:态度、意义与前景

Georgia and Silk Road Economic Belt Initiative:Attitude,Significance and Prospect

丝绸之路经济带倡议与格鲁吉亚的国家战略发展目标高度契合,格政府视其为振兴国家经济、加强国家在外高加索地区影响力和巩固其欧亚过境走廊地位的宝贵契机,因此非常重视与中国在丝绸之路经济带建设中的合作。2015年3月,格鲁吉亚与中国签署了《中国和格鲁吉亚关于共建丝绸之路经济带合作备忘录》。目前格鲁吉亚的社会形势相对稳定,与周边国家关系良好,在奉行务实外交的理念下,与俄罗斯的关系亦有所改善。虽然作为在西方与俄罗斯之间的夹缝中谋生存的小国,格鲁吉亚不可避免地仍将受到西方与俄罗斯对峙以及政党纷争影响。但这些不利因素不足以动摇格参与丝绸之路建设的决心。

As the initiative of Silk Road Economic Belt is highly corresponding to the national strategy development objective of Georgia, the government of Georgia takes it as the valuable opportunity to prosper its economy, enhance its influence in Transcaucasia and consolidate its position as the Eurasian transit corridor. Therefore, it attaches great attention to the cooperation with China in the construction of Silk Road Economic Belt. In March 2015, Georgia signed the ＂MOU Concerning the Joint Construction of Silk Road Economic Belt between China and Georgia＂ with China. Currently, the social situation of Georgia is relatively stable, its relations with neighboring countries are good, and its relation with Russia is also improved under the practical diplomacy idea, all of which lay a good foundation for its participation into the Silk Road Economic Belt construction. However, as the small country striving for existence in the crack between the west and Russia, Georgia still unavoidably serves as the place of confrontation between the west and Russia, so its diplomatic policies and political situation are subject to the influence of such factor; the party strife is also the potential unstable factor. Even though,these factors couldn＇t shake the determination of their participation of the Silk Road Economic Belt construction.
