他克莫司软膏与重组牛碱性成纤维生长因子凝胶联合治疗阴囊湿疹临床分析

Clinical observation of tacrolimus ointment combined recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth gel in the treatment of scrotum eczema

目的观察1%他克莫司软膏与重组牛碱性成纤维生长因子凝胶联合治疗阴囊湿疹的疗效及安全性。方法 76例阴囊湿疹患者按随机区组法分为两组,治疗组与对照组各38例。两组均口服枸地氯雷他定8.8mg,1次/d,治疗组外用1%他克莫司乳膏联合重组牛碱性成纤维生长因子凝胶,对照组外用1%他克莫司乳膏。4周后判效。结果治疗组的有效率为86.84%,对照组为84.21%,两组有效率差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。治疗组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为5.21%和21.05%,两组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。停药2周后治疗组的复发率7.89%,对照组为26.32%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 1%他克莫司软膏与重组牛碱性成纤维生长因子凝胶联合治疗阴囊湿疹安全、有效,且复发率低。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Tacrolimus ointment combined Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Gel in the treatment of scrotum eczema. Methods 76 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 38 cases individually. All of the enrolled patients were treated with oral desloratadine citrate disodium 8.8mg/day. The experimental group received topical 1% Tacrolimus ointment combined Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Gel and the control group received topical 1% Tacrolimus ointment. The response was evaluated after 4weeks. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was86.84% and the control group was 84.21%. There was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. The side effect rate of the experimental group was 5.21% and 21.05% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. After half of the course of treatment,the recurrence rate of the experimental group was7.89 and 26.32% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is clinically effective and safe that Tacrolimus ointment combined Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Gel is applied to scrotum eczema and its recurrence rate is lower.
