浅谈中职学校班主任日常工作的难点及策略

班主任作为联系学生与各个科系教师的纽带,不仅是素质教育的实行者,也是班集体的组织者和领导者,肩负着家庭、社会、学校教育的沟通工作。作为一名合格的中职班主任,要想实现教育目标,实现日常管理工作的高效完成,就要抓住难点,采取适宜的策略。因此,必须使用正确的工作方法,根据学生特点,加强教育工作。文章分析了中职班主任工作的难点,并有针对性地提出具体的解决策略。

as the link between the students and teachers from various academic departments,a class adviser is not only the performer of quality education,but also organizer and leader for the class who shouldering the communication work for family,society,school education.As a qualified vocational class adviser,it is required to seize the difficulties and take appropriate strategies in order to achieve educational goals and efficient completion of daily management.Therefore,one must adopt the correct work methods and enhancing education work according to the characteristics of students.This paper analyzes the difficulties in vocational class adviser＇s work and proposes specific solutions and strategies.
